As HPMS's Chief Operating Officer, Rajesh Luthra is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of HPMS in planning, executing and spearheading construction projects involving contract administration in compliance to quality and standards. In addition to driving sales and marketing programs, he is adept in swiftly ramping up projects in close co-ordination with contract cell, materials purchase/procurement cell, consultants, architects & contractors and ensuring on time deliverables. He also manages establishing and maintaining project documentation including correspondence, technical and progress reports and contract / claim documents. Along with HPMS Chief Executive Officer, he serves on the Senior Leadership Team that sets the overall strategy and direction for HPMS.

Prior to HPMS, Luthra has worked for IL&FS Property Management Services, Limited, New Delhi Gurgaon, Mumbai as Regional Head – North, where has proved himself time and again. He is a proactive person with core competencies in Project Planning & Management (Managing overall operations for executing projects related to construction of various buildings and complexes within cost & time parameters., Monitoring projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects.) Site & Construction Management, Interior Design & Planning and Commercial Operations / Coordination.

Rajesh Luthra has an eye for perfection and has great managerial skills. He has worked for nearly 15 years with different prestigious organizations Like DLF, INDO ALUSYS Industries Ltd. Ansal Buildwell, Ansal Properties & Industries Ltd.

He graduated - Bachelors Degree in Engineering (B.E.) – Civil with 1st Div. from MIT Aurangabad (Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University). He is certified by NAREDCO 'National Real Estate Developmental Council New Delhi. He is also pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration from IIT – DELHI (Indian Institute of Technology)

Rajesh Luthra has received various honors for his outstanding performance and his abilities to handle challenges with ease. He has a list of more than 30 successful projects under his belt.
